Beginning his career in the residential sector before transitioning to commercial work, Roy launched his own company in 2019. With over 25 years of experience, he has collaborated with HVAC/R clients of all sizes. Since the late 1990s, Roy has gained hands-on expertise in how technology impacts the climate control industry, and he has an instinct for staying ahead of HVAC/R technological advancements.
